UK delivery is FREE !
For the rest of the world, postage rates are worked out by weight and follow Royal Mail prices.

Please note : Due to the UK leaving the EU, customers in EU countries will be subject to Tax and Duties when the order is delivered.

All goods are dispatched as soon as possible and we consider our postal charges as extremely competitive. We send  out our items at least once every day. We have a business account with Royal Mail and therefore we sort and bag our items ourselves which are then collected by Royal Mail and taken directly to the local sorting office in Wolverhampton.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, you will be informed immediately and given the choice of refund or to wait for our next delivery. Please note that a lot of our stock is imported from the USA / China / Pakistan, but if we state that an item is 'in stock' then it it is here in our stockroom.

If you are not in when the parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

Please be aware that in the unlikely situation that you are not happy with your product, we ALWAYS refund or replace, whichever the customer prefers. The only exception to this is when the complaint is non delivery, in cases where tracking shows otherwise. In this case we will not refund a payment, as this is either fraud or the fault of Royal mail which you can claim compensation from. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you accept this policy.

We use ROYAL MAIL for our deliveries as we have found them to be far superior to courier services. Larger orders may be delivered by Parcelforce.
