This is a 'Doubloon' coin, much sought after by Pirates. The equivalent of seven weeks pay for an ordinary sailor !
The coin is housed in a 'blister' pack so that both sides can be viewed easily. The card has information on piracy. Famous buccaneers included Henry Morgan, Blackbeard and Captain Kidd.
